I am not sure how old JTJ is, but I doubt he was very old (if even born yet) in 1962 -- so having your entire youth and young adulthood spent being disappointed in your team could make the one fleeting moment in 1962 seem bigger.

Yeah, 89 was terrible because of the Quake also. On top of the disaster, we had to face Stewart and Moore twice each in the four games.

Heck even the 62 series was delayed by torrential rains.

As for the Dodgers. I don't start counting until 2010 and then I only count full seasons. So for me, it's 3-0 Giants over the Bums. Love ya too Randal. LOL

Wow, we won a game against Stoney last night where we got 2 hits and he got 12 and left 15!

We had three walks and a sac fly for one run and a 2 run HR after a walk for the other two.

Interestingly he got his only run on an error by Machado! Weird.
