Congrats to Chilliards on assembling a great team and getting to see it actually win a title.
A bunch of my drops have useful cards in ‘18 and/or ‘19 so I expect them to be drafted in this draft. So if you have room on your roster now, it might make sense to trade for one of them now.
Dr. Publix drops going into 2018:
F Pena Junior Guerra J Lyles H Pence K Plawecki C Devenski
My 2017 team was one of the best I've ever had -- but I mortgaged the farm to build that squad. The next two seasons could be ugly
I might start looking at that next new league earlier than I'd planned!
DROPS Altherr, Aaron Delmonico, Nick Hanigan, Ryan Hazelbaker, Jeremy Marrero, Deven Souza Jr., Steven Claudio, Alex Miller, Andrew Nicasio, Juan Santana, Ervin
Unlike tcochran I'm actually looking forward to the 2018 set. Yelich and Muncy really do well in that year. And a lot of my lesser players have their peak years in 2018. Descalso's offense looks good, so does Yan Gomes, as does Hernan Perez. Then there's Cron and Adams. Don't know about Candelario....if his card will produce or not. Has some HRs though. Hoping Dejong stays healthy for me. And I have decent pitching with Lugo being a three inning RP guy. Last time I had that - in 2016 - Phelps went hog wild.
