Since Outman is a prospect and will have to be promoted this year as he will be carded, I will promote him now (if that's allowed? I didn't see anything in rules stating that prospects can/cannot be promoted at any time), otherwise this trade would occur once drops are made for this year and Outman promoted and then traded.

Outman promotion was fine, however Padre's 3rd rd pick had already been traded away in trade #310. Need to update this trade.
