Essentially you can drop up to 3 players after the season 1 and draft new players for season 2. Remember that seasons 1 and 2 both use the 2015 season set.
here is that part of the rules from the google doc (cut and pasted)
1) Supplimental Free agent draft will be held at the conclusion of the first season.
2) Draft order will be based on record and be non-serpentine.
3) Owners may drop up to 3 players and replace them with any player who is not on a roster and has appeared in a MLB game.
4) Owners do not have to participate in the Supplimental draft
5) First round will be untimed all other rounds will be based on slotted time. Slots will be in one hour increments and run from 10 AM to 10 PM Eastern time Monday thru Friday. Owners who have not picked at the end of thier slot will be skipped. Proxies are encouraged to keep the draft moving
For anyone who hasn't been in a keeper league like this before, the supplemental draft is great for picking up previously undrafted 2015 carded players who are having good (or great) 2016 years. The timing is such that they will have played April and May 2016. Participation in the supplemental draft is a good way to begin building your 2016 team. You can also use it to fill holes in your 2015 team with depth players, if you realize that you are a little thin at some positions.
