7) There is no clock for Round 1 of each Annual Free Agent draft. All subsequent rounds will operate with a 3 hour clock between 10 AM and 10 PM Eastern Time. There will be no clock on the weekends

I have a pretty busy day at work tomorrow, so updates to the available player list and roster probably won't happen
until later in the evening.

Don't know if ever discussed this in the league. Really it's 2 slots so 6 hours but I'd prefer if it was 3. That being said is it probably isn't fair to the owner to miss 2 picks. I'd also like to make the clock 2 hours instead of 3.

On a side note, since I don't have a pick until the 5th round, feel free to send me proxies.

Yeah, I assumed I had three hours for the first pick and another three for the second, which I thought I might need as I was stuck at work. It's not a great rule, but I did have 6 hours right?
