As a 1st year manager in this league, never having been involved in the supplemental draft of this particular league, I need some clarity before selecting a player. No where in the rules regarding the supplemental draft does it state that a player must be carded to be included in the supplemental draft. Just need to confirm that I am allowed to select any present MLB player before making my selection.

Good question. Rules are the same as for the annial draft...

2) Only those players who were issued Strat cards for the current season and appear on Strat’s website are eligible for the draft.
