Manaea has the minimum number of IP's (29.2) that have historically been needed for a pitcher card. Hopefully SOM doesn't change things up next year.

lol. Let's hear what others think. If he's carded, which almost 20 years of precedence say he should be, he'll have a $10M+ card. Or are his combination of IP's, WHIP and ERA too good even for unleashed? That would be....well....unprecedented.

I'm interested in seeing if anyone takes him in League 2? And if so, when?
