Proposed rule change for future supplemental drafts (introduced for a vote by klx22):

Current rule:
All players selected in this draft must have a card in the current Strato 365 cardset (standard, not unleashed)

New rule:
Any player currently under contract to a professional baseball team (MLB, KBO, Nippon PBL, etc) is eligible for selection in the supplemental draft, as long as they had MLB experience prior to the current MLB season.

Each one of our current drafts is unique with respect to which players can be drafted. This proposed change would make the eligibility rule for the annual supplemental draft the same as that for the annual preseason draft. If you are content with the current rule please vote to that effect by posting "keep current rule," but if you would like to see the rule changed, as described above, then please vote that choice by posting "adopt new rule." A simple majority of owners (7/12) will carry the vote.
