my guess is it will be sometime this week, but at that same time, I am fine if it is not.

the stadium (ballpark rules) are all over the place & I bring this up every year. specifically item numbers 3 thru 7 under the stadium rules.

we really should have a vote on this because it needs to be cleaned up.

Three years seems a bit excessive to me, so I would certainly be willing to vote to bring that number lower.
