I had to go to the rulebook to figure out how to break a 3 way tie between Keyzick/MLBphan/Ninersphan. I used the 'Combined Standings' and then Combined Head to Head. In this case, I computed the records for each manager against the other 2 during the 2 seasons. Bill gets the bad end of stick (2 games under .500).

RULES - Tiebreak
7. Heading into the start of a NEW YEAR -- the Divisions (AND the FREE AGENT DRAFT ORDER) will be in order of the previous year's total combined standings. Any ties will be broken by; 1. Head to Head results and if needed -best head to head better seed; 2. Greatest positive RS-RA differential. The league will be formed such that the EAST will be teams 1-4, the CENTRAL 5-8 and the WEST 9-12.
