Pesos de Beisbol Draft- edub/bbw/ghost can load teams

I just put in my team under the league name "Pesos de Beisbol '13 Season 1". Yes, it's $200,000,000 cap, DH, 12-teams, and 10% cap hit.

I knew I was forgetting soemthing. Password is single

edub, Mr. BBW, and Ghost can now load.

I screwed up. Viper won't be able to get to a computer until Tuesday night. I should have had the people in the east (and made them the Central) load first. We should still make it by Friday night though.

Something else I wanted to touch on before the new SOM season begins.

That is the issue of playing cards that are not on our roster. We had this happen last year by an individual and aside from recognizing it and taking appropriate action to recity the situation directly, there doesn't seem like much I can do.

Of course, I can tell you with all certainty that I won't be checking ALL your boxscores to match up eligible players from your roster sheet every night. Hell no. Maybe some spot checks are in order however. Other than that we're just going to have to rely on the honor system. Why? Because I can't tell the difference between a silly mistake and a cheater. I can't read intent with 100% accuracy. And who among us has never made mistakes?

This is a serious issue for this game. I can't think of anything more serious regarding this game than the using of players not on your roster. Unfortunately, until the person is caught, there really isn't much to be done. This is suppoosed to be fun. Do we really want folks to scan our boxscores every night for illegal player usage? That seems like a lot of wasted time to me. And it's especially UNfun.

Something everyone needs to know about the Prospect draft....I won't be emailing you to let you know your time slot is active. And yes we're using time slots. Either four or five hours the first round and probably two hours thereafter. Four rounds total.
