I'dlike to make a rule proposal for next year, that allows for us to swap stadiums after keeping one for a minimum of 2 years.

Allow stadium switch after 2 years in current park:

YES - hawk
YES - jerlins
YES - zim
YES - keyzick
No - lakeviewdave (under the current proposal. If there some type of "penalty", such as a FA pick by end of 5th round that you would use to select new ballpark once every 2 years so its one of your FA picks, and then you would get a supplemental pick at end of the FA draft to get roster to 40, then I would be more inclined to be in favor of proposal).
