How is the draft order for this league determined?

How is the draft order for this league determined?

It's a variation of a standard AUTODRAFT:

We place our 5 keepers at the end of the list (we experienced this in the past and it worked fine). If someone accidently draft someone else's keeper, by the league rule, the person must give the player back to his owner. Therefore, you must check and doublecheck carefully the 5 keepers of the 11 other teams in order to avoid picking one of those players.

Hey guys, I just received a mail by damien666. He's presently in a cruiser around Hawaï and going to cross the Pacific Ocean lucky him !

He told me he should be able to post his 5 keepers from the boat but he should be the last to load his team around may 20th.

So, we'll have plenty of time to talk transactions and to wait that everyone has posted their 5 keepers.
