Not until either everyone behind you has picked or 4:00 Eastern, whichever comes first.

I don't understand why people after Turtle (and after me of course) can't start picking now. Every league draft I've ever been in has allowed it. I thought that was the purpose of instituting time windows in the first place....so one person can't create a logjam.

Rosco - just a head's up, since Turtle behind you has not yet picked, you cannot legally make your pick until your time slot at 3:00 Eastern Time (about 50 minutes from now). If everyone had picked behind you, then there would be no problem.

Sorry I obviously misunderstood rule. Thought once someone's timeslot passed it was fair game, I will leave pick for next 15 minutes. If Turtle wants him then I guess he can draft him and I will pick someone else.

With that said I propose a rule change/clarification that would once a time slot has passed its open for others to continue at will.
