There needs to be some penalty, in option 1 the only penalty is having a good team and drafting late, in option 2, well, if you're that desperate to swap stadiums, prove it and draft it in the 7th round.

Why does there need to be a penalty? You have to be stadium for two years. If it changes drastically form one year to the next that IS your penalty. Please just vote one or the other.

My vote is for option 2.

Stadium Draft options:

OPTION 1: There will be a separate stadium draft immediately following the free agent draft, draft order the same as the Free Agent draft, where teams, after spending two years in their current stadium and declaring they dropped their stadium with their players drops, will pick new stadiums for their teams that will be the stadium for the team for 2 years unless a new manager takes over the team.

OPTION 2: Those teams, after spending two years in their current stadium and declaring they dropped their stadium with their players drops, will pick new stadiums for their teams during the free agent draft. These teams will be allowed up to 16 picks ( to consist of a maximum of 15 players and 1 stadium)in the draft instead of 15. The pick may happen at anytime during the draft. Once picked this will be the stadium for this team for 2 years, unless a new manager takes over.
