Armchair Keeper 100 mil CAP, 20 Mil keepers

This will be the Armchair Keeper site for season 46, 100 mil total cap space, with $20 mil in Keepers. Next season we will discuss if we want to reshuffle our entire rosters with a new draft, that will be majority rules. we have been descending in keeper caps, from 40 to 30 and now 20.

Lets aim to get keepers in this week, Rick will compile keeper lists and aim to begin drafting in ten days.
