In order to allow proxy placement I have enabled a DiamondDope draft for 6 rounds. Each of us were in the DiamondDope user database with emails except TimOrz who did not have an email attached.

If anyone wishes to draft a new ATG7 player that is not or not yet added to the DiamondDope site, Please instead post the pick here on the boards and then pick a random "P" named player for your Diamond Dope pick. As "P" is an ineligible letter this season for pitchers and hitters, it will allow the draft to continue with the "P" player as a placeholder.

If anyone has trouble getting to the DiamondDope site, just post the pick here and I will try to enter that pick on the Draft site.

Regardless, I will plan to update picks here (with some help I hope) and on the SBDL discussion both by manager and primary position.

It may take a few days to look over the new player cards, there are some interesting new additions and changes. The 7th edition may have changed some of my plans. Anyone else need more time?

there is no time clock on the draft at this point. Take some time and look at the new cards. (and hopefully Munich Man will see the posts and be ready to post a pick here or pick on diamond Dope with Proxies before long)
