Game owner

I recently purchased the 2011 game. I bought the online download 19.99 lite game. It works fine all except when I make my own league and draft or put a player on a team, it deletes players in the free agent or draft pool. I was wondering why or if this is a glitch? It is troublesome not to be able to use the draft-o-matic because it deletes players. It also deletes them when I try just manually drafting from free agent pool. Any answers?
