Can I pick my teams???

After all 12 have joined, I will randomize the draft order number 1 goes first. Pick twelve also gets pick 13 in a serpentine draft to select the team franchizes each individual can draft.

Salary Cap? Safe to say it's a DH league n stadium of one of your teams. Does team with high dollar card get first dibs?
If anyone can think of anything else them post.
