LEAGUE RULES
$100m or 80m regular player set [to be determined before draft day]
5/10/20 waivers
Advanced
No frenzy
Live draft: 20 rounds, 19 players + one stadium
No clock 1st round. Three (3) hours thereafter
Clock is 0700 to 1900 PST
No clock on weekends
Waivers guys go at the top of the draft list

Once we have twelve (12) owners, we need to decide:
Salary cap: $60 / $80 / $100 / $120m
Player set: (regular versus unleashed)
Waiver type: Three day or frenzy
In season change: 5% / 10% / 20%
