Several things to address here, I'll color code to make it easier.

NO need to mention this here, it was already addressed and will only confuse the commissioner and make things difficult when cutting and pasting from this thread to the spreadsheet, please delete this line.

Correct on both counts, both need to be promoted if drafted two years ago in 2013 so you've done this right.


You may promote Tanaka, however in order to do so, you must post another cut, you are not allowed to have a roster of 31 prior to the draft you must be at 30.

Hope this clears up your confusion.

PS It works the same way in GMKL. Unleashed is slightly different however, in that you MUST cut your roster to 25 after which you make your promotions using the same two year rule, which fill in your roster and take away draftpicks straing at round 15 and counting up.
