New 2015 MLB Team League

24 Teams: Sign Up/Choose Your Own Team
Each team's core will consist of and reflect the 2015 core roster. (i.e. Kemp is a Padre and Lester is a Cub)
1. Each Major League Team will have rights to as "keepers" the Top 7 players as designated; 4 position , 2 SP, 1 RP
You own the rights to these players
2. All players outside of the 7 player/24 team protected status are Free Agents and open to draft by any and all other
team.
3. Teams must include those 7 players in their draft. After draft, any and all trades open.
4. Teams must release any players that are the property of any other teams AFTER the draft due to HAL factor. (No
"sandbagging" in the draft will be on the honor system. That is avoiding drafting your 7 players to pick up a larger
quality pool during the draft, knowing, your 7 players will be released back to you)
5. Be sure to check the 7 player roster for the other 23 teams to NOT include them in your draft.
6. Teams may choose any ballpark
7. Divisions will be random
8. If a protected player is released- they are like any other free agent and are thus up for grabs.
9. Teams are listed in descending roster $value. The bottom 8 teams in value are combined to create teams 19-24.
10. Sign Up/ Choose your own team- Frenzy (They are as balanced as possible)
Sign Up and Frenzy Roster will be posted at a future date and time.
