This is the fourth season of a dual franchise league. This League is using the ATG POST WWII CARD SET. Salary cap is 160 million, 5/10/20; Using a DH, no waivers.

Each manager must pick one team from each column below. . For the most part , teams on the left are original franchises and most teams on the right are expansion teams. ( THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS HOWEVER, AND SOME TEAMS ARE COMBINED BECAUSE OF LACK OF PLAYERS.) A manager has exclusive rights to players on his roster; if a player is on more than one roster, he belongs to the team where his salary is highest. We are using a serpentine draft, so each manager picks one team first and then we reverse the order. You can make your first pick from either column. List of teams will be posted below. Please sign up using the cut and paste method. Official draft order will follow in an additional post. We are currently looking for at least one more manager and possibly as many as three; any one interested please post your interest here.

If we choose to do so, we can start picking franchises.....but as I stated earlier, I don't want to actually start the league until the new cards are in. So if you want to wait to pick that's fine or if you know who you're picking then certainly go ahead. I am just not going to put anybody on the clock just yet. Hopefully the new cards will be released this week.

Also, if you know anyone who might be interested in filling the 12th spot let me know before I post on the message boards. We have 11 of the 12 managers returning.
