2007-2014 NL Franchise League
Now that we started the AL league, based on everyones feedback we will start a 12 team NL only league.
Player set - ATGv8: 2007-2014 subset card grouping
$100 Mil Cap
NO DH - it is the NL right..
5-10-20 drop
Waivers
ADV
use a home ball park associated with your selected team (i.e. Wrigley Field for Cubs)
Roster Rules:
At all times, all the players on your roster must have at least one card for your selected franchise.
You may use ANY version of a player you have rights to.
Examples: The Angels can use Albert Pujols because he has been carded to the Angles (2012-2014);
but they may use the cards from his better seasons when he was a Cardinal (2007-2011).
Hanley Ramirez is not eligible for the Red Sox (even though he plays for them in real life - he does not
have a Red Sox SOM card yet).
Most top players have been carded to multiple teams, so you will need to make strategic decisions
for your auto-draft.
You can do as many add/drops as you wish as long as the players on your roster have been carded to your
franchise at least once.
If HAL gives you a player that is not eligible for your roster because you were unsuccessful claiming them
for the autodraft, please drop them as soon as possible -no later than the end of the waivers period.
ONLY for players that SOM has split like (Tim Hudson, Roy Halladay etc..); we will use the high dollar card rule to resolve conflicts. (example Tim Hudson is carded to both ATL and SFG, and has seprate cards for both teams; he would go to the Braves because his high dollar card is with ATL.
next post in the thread will be managers in their team selection order. Each manager will select an NL franchise, in reverse order from AL league.
