Let's Play Two league members, please vote on the following Proposed New Rules:

(1) Proposed New Rule #1: “Team rankings for Spring Free Agent and Prospect Drafts shall be based on combined regular season records from Seasons 1 and 2 (worst to first). Mid-season Supplemental Free Agent Draft shall only be based on Season 1.”

(Current rule – Spring FA and Prospect draft rankings are based on only Season 2. The current lottery for 1st 3 picks stays in place under either scenario.)

(2) Proposed New Rule #2: Any prospect promoted to a team’s protected 20-man roster must be promoted prior to the Spring Free Agent Draft.

(Current rule – 1st year carded players may be promoted at the end of the Free Agent Draft. 2nd year carded players must be promoted prior to the Spring Free Agent Draft.)

(3) Proposed Rule #3: Beginning with the 2016 cards (Spring 2017), the new injury rules will be implemented into the league.

(Current rule – the strat default is the injury rules currently in effect.)
(I am not proposing this as an option for this year, but if someone wants to, feel free.)

(4) Proposed Rule #4 (per Apollo): Beginning with the 2015 cards (Spring 2016), the new injury rules will be implemented into the league.

As you left open in your post, I would also like to propose the following rule (a variant on #3 above):

Beginning with the 2015 cards (Spring 2016), the new injury rules will be implemented into the league.

I will also vote Yes on this additional proposal - with my Yes vote on #3 meant to indicate that if the new proposal does not pass, I would still like the new rules to be implemented next year.
