NeL Tribute League

I've learned a great deal about the ATG card set by hosting 4 multi-season leagues:
AL Round-Robin
NL Round-Robin
2-4-6 League
20th Century League

In those 38 seasons, though, only the most recent league included the NeL players. Before I stop running ATG concepts, I'd like to try one more, focused on the NeL set.

By my count, the NeL set has 128 cards but only 104 unique players -- so we would have to add at least 46 more players to them, even to get a 6-team league up and running.

To that end, I have identified 30 players with ATG/MLB cards who also played in the Negro Leagues, including:
Aaron
Banks
Campanella
Doby
Howard
Irvin
Mays
Minoso
Newcombe
Robinson

The only clinker is the dearth of "pure" RPs. There are none in the NeL set and I have only found one ATG card for an MLB guy who also played in the NeL: Jose Acosta, a light-skinned Cuban who made it to bigs in the early '20s.

Since Strat will require us to have 6 x 3 = 18 "pure" RPs, I propose that we add 18 - 1 = 17 ringers to the player pool. In reviewing the ATG set, it looks like we can pick up 17 Latin American or African-American RPs, if we allow those carded up to 1981. These are the "there but for fortune go I" folks, who did not have to endure the NeL days because they were born later.

So, that's a long-winded way of asking the question: Who would be willing to draft a team in a one-season NeL tribute league?
