This will be my first experience in a League like this one, so some of my questions might be apparent to most of the managers.
All teams will only draft from their own exp league (correct). Wondering how the example of Babe Ruth comes into play. He didn't play for any for the expansion teams.
The waivers are only for the three small exp teams and the 2 unselected exp teams. (correct)
You mentioned that all free agents are available after the waivers. Is that just for your (1) the expansion team players, or 2)actually all of the free agents? Is the objective of this to try to have just players from your "exp" franchise and the ones you got on waivers, or 2) can you just go out and select anyone who is a free agent regardless of the team and era?
Sorry for the dumb questions. Just couldn't quite get my head around the rules.
