24 Team Franchise theme db/prewar championship league

teams into franchise groupings.
League rules 90 mil cap, NO DH - this is the time before there was a DH,
ATGv8 DB/Pre-war Era player set
5-10-20 drop penalty
Frenzy - no need for waivers every card is assigned to one and only one team - roster rules below
Division Assignments will be randomly assigned on the load
ROSTER and Ball Park RULES:
1.) All the player assignment/rosters and home ball park assignments can be found here:

AL Rosters 13-24: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=641677
2.) At all times your roster must be exclusively comprised of players from your selected franchise grouping. Every player in the set has been assigned to 1 and only 1 of the 24 franchise teams. No exceptions, you get exclusive access to all the players on your assigned list for the auto draft and season.
3.) You will see some NEL assigned ball parks, or ball parks that the franshise may not of played in on the list. This is being done for competitive balance purposes. It is not fair to put a team like the deadball Giants in a homer dome like the Polo Grounds, so there are a few ball park assignments that are not strictly historically accurate.
4.) You can do add/drops from within your assigned list only. If the PHA pre franchise, does not autodraft Jimmy Foxx and he ends up in the FA pool, the Red Sox still MAY NOT draft him, even though he has a card on the Bos exp set. Jimmy Foxx is exclusive to PHA pre for the entire season.
5.) You can use ANY version of a player you have rights to; so if the Philadelphia A's draft Lefty Grove they can use any of his PHA pre cards, or his Bos pre card.
6.) Team selection is first come first serve.. sign up if you want in ASAP..
