Description: Happy Days League #3 Is a preset League player cards and ball parks are AL and NL only years from 1946 thru 1964. Cap is $140M,with 10% drop. Each team can only have 3 player cards over $9M,and 26 player's max per team. This will help balance the league, and many $8.9M on down great players, with $140M cap you will have lots of options.
