This will be a league for managers with less than 100 leagues under their belt.
Only managers with a "Starter," "Rookie," or "Prospect" rating will be allowed.
Also, please do not use a second account in order to skirt this rule.
This rule will be enforced.
If there are any players with over a .525 winning percentage who want to participate, they are encouraged to share with their league-mates what type of team they are going to use. This is just a small handicap that is encouraged (not require). [I will go with small ball, probably in Forbes or Griffith, something like that]
Lastly, much league chatter is encouraged. Folks who have questions from the "Starters" about game play, strategy, player choice, game mechanics, etc, will have their questions answered!!
