This will be a league for managers with less than 100 leagues under their belt.

Only managers with a "Starter," "Rookie," or "Prospect" rating will be allowed.

Also, please do not use a second account in order to skirt this rule.

This rule will be enforced.

If there are any players with over a .525 winning percentage who want to participate, they are encouraged to share with their league-mates what type of team they are going to use. This is just a small handicap that is encouraged (not require). [I will go with small ball, probably in Forbes or Griffith, something like that]

Lastly, much league chatter is encouraged. Folks who have questions from the "Starters" about game play, strategy, player choice, game mechanics, etc, will have their questions answered!!

It will be ATG 8, DH, 80 million, with regular waivers.

Following the league instructions as crafted by Chompsky, my team (Somerset Spirits 1) will be rolling with a power right-handed line-up playing at Hilltop (which favors right-handed HR's).
