Armchair 84, 100 mil cap, NO DH, random, advanced, 5% drop. Any four keeper list site, and official draft site. Your keepers must be the same dollar amount that you ended the season with. You can change salaries after the draft. You can make trades now if you like, but must keep the dollar amount salary of player you traded for.

I have a few "newbie" questions:

1. (Not that I necessarily want to, but): Is it allowable to designate less than four keepers?

2. Just to make sure: For any keeper, we have to put on our draft list the same player card we used for him in the previous season, is that correct? Then, after the draft, we can switch that keeper to a different season card, is that correct?

3. There are no restrictions on the ballpark we choose. Is that correct?

4. When you say that if we make a trade we "must keep the dollar amount salary of the player you traded for," do you mean we have to keep the traded-for card for the remainder of the upcoming season? Or is it that we just have to put the exact traded-for card on our draft list, with the option of switching to a different one of his cards for the upcoming season?

5. Do we keep the same division assignments each season? Or is it left up to HAL to do determine division assignments in the standard way?

I guess you dont have to keep four, but I bet you have four players that are worthy, even if one is like 1 or 2 mil.

Any stadium, after we send our teams to auto draft the rest of our teams. So we start with four keepers, a six round slow draft on ILC, purchase a team for an auto draft. Make list, place all drafted players on the bottom of the card where you rate your players. Pick a stadium, join a private league, I will send password, and on a designated time, HAL will select the rest of your team. Then the frenzy starts!

We only had one coach make a trade during our draft period and it was a blockbuster and raised some eyebrows. No you dont have to keep anyone or their dollar amount after the frenzy. You can drop Babe Ruth, but please let me know just before you hit the drop button, LOL. That was a joke, the rest of yuz guyz.

Every season it is a random division, at one time we did have the same divisions. But before I was commish we must have switched to random.

All these questions hurt my brain. You did a good job staying punctual with drafting. I have to REMIND other coaches many times to stay punctual. So good job. How is Big Jeff doing?

I chose Al Simmons as one of my keepers. His card I had at the end of the season was 8.51. That is what I have to put on my draft card. After the draft I can upgrade, downgrade, trade, drop, whatever. If you trade you trade the 8.51 Simmons. No restrictions on whom you trade for. Dollars doesnt determine, but You are not trading Al Simmons for Greg Cadaret, that would raise eyebrows. Make it a fair trade, equitable to both coaches.

Will the Cubs trade Kris Bryant??? Inquiring minds want to know.
