KISS League - only need 18 more managers

KISS is an acronym for keep it simple, stupid. Per Wikipedia, it is a design principle that states that most systems work best if they are kept simple rather than made complicated.
Acting as commish in several keeper leagues, I can attest to the fact that complicated rules can make them a pain to organize and free-wheeling transactions can make them hard to track. So, KISS...
KISS league rules
- Keep it single season; i.e., one season per card set
- Up to 28 carded players per team, all on active roster
- Salary cap of $100,000
- Drops/adds allowed during season per game engine rules, with 5/10/20% penalty
- Up to 12 non-carded players per team, including professional, collegiate, foreign, etc.
- Off-season, keep/drop as many as you'd like (while staying within carded salary cap)
- Annual draft up to 28/12 roster limits, with carded/non-carded in same draft
- Permanent stadiums, unless changed in MLB
- No trading of future draft picks
- The draft for the 2020 card set season can start as soon as we get things organized
- Drafts for later seasons will begin on August 1
I will draft a more formal version of the rules, if there is enough interest in starting the league. So, whaddaya say?
