This will be the 38th season of the dual Franchise League. Salary cap will be 145 million, using a DH, 5% player drop and no waivers, same parameters as last season. Also, we will stick with the same format as this past season where there is no designation of either original or expansion teams; you may pick any 2 teams on the board.
Falcon created a subset of players just for our format; It is called Post WW2 and includes only players from 1946 to present.
When creating a new team click on ATG 1901 and then there will be a drop down button; scroll down to Post WW2 and pick.
One note; I believe Falcon created a second subset named Post WW2 +, we are not using the set which has the plus sign. You must use a stadium from 1946 to present. Thanks for your help Falcon.







Okay only change this season .... this season if a franchise does not get picked then any player on those franchises that has only one card is eligible to be picked up as a free agent. Each team can have one free agent from the teams not chosen. To clarify we can have 1 free agent only

As an example; last season the Royals, Angels and Brewers were not chosen. Therefore players such as Brett, Trout and Yount among others could be chosen as a free agent. Players like Grich and Greinke would not be eligible because they have a second card with other franchises.

Once the team draft is completed I will list the teams not chosen ; if you wish to claim a player from one of these franchises simply put him on your draft roster ( I would rank said player at the top of my list to maximize my chances of getting the player) and let Strat choose who lands said player. If you dont get the player you chose in the draft you can take another player out of the free agent pool, but he must be from a team not picked.

Remember only one free agent per team.....and also as in past seasons each team can make one trade( multi player trades are okay).

Just thought I would remind everyone that since last season some new cards were added to the ATG set. Not many that effect our pools, but there are a few notables;

Randy Johnson 12.92 salary is now property of Arizona

Fred McGriff 6.65 now Atlanta

Other players who received cards which were definetly an improvement ;

There are maybe 10 other players receiving a new card which are a marginal improvement at best over their current card.
