The pandemic has changed a lot. If you are not retired and don't work remotely, good chance you are working harder than ever and don't have the time to devote to this game as in previous years.

Personally I would like to see the draft model change. I am in other leagues that after the first few rounds the commissioner posts draft hours for the next day. You pick your player in your time slot. Miss your slot and you pick when you can. You can't be skipped in your hour. At least managers can plan their day and not see their teams fall behind.

The pool of potential managers will continue to dry up if rules don't start to consider those who can't sit on the boards all day waiting for their turn.

I own a small business and travel more than average. Watching the boards all day is getting harder and suggestions to make draft windows shorter does not help either. Proxies are great if you are a pick or two away. Not great if you are 10 or 11 picks away from your turn. It's also frustrating to watch a draft board all day with little or no movement, get in the car or on a plane for a few hours and find the draft suddenly sped up and you've timed out.

A suggestion in another league is to make draft slots one hour instead of two. If that's going to be the trend, I will probably be the next one to drop out of keeper leagues.

I really enjoy the game and playing in leagues with you guys. Hopefully there will be some new ideas for drafting leagues that will encourage more players.

I’m in favor of rules that suit thé most managers possible. I’d be open to try your idea Jay, if it helps retaining thé GMs we have.

I've never been fond of time slots -- but then, I work online and can check often. Your points are well taken, Jay. What would be a good schedule? 12 picks per day at 1 hour each? 24 picks per day at 30 minutes each?

In the old Pesos league we had no clock for all rounds....you pick then email the next up...rarely did we have a delay of more than a few hours....folks often left proxies with the person following them in the draft.....

I've never seen a replacement thread with 160+ views and no takers.

What's up? Can any of the silent viewers comment as to why both of these teams are so unappealing?
