As far as players carded/not carded, could do 26 man carded only draft, then a 2-4 round non-carded draft, with reverse order, either right after or say half way through Season 1. This way everyone has 26 man team carded and 2-4 non-carded players as well.

Considering some players are highly draftable, yet will not have a card for 2023, does it make these players ineligible to draft? For example, Tatis "should" be an early selection in a keeper league, yet the manager drafting him will not meet the required minimum to begin a team. How is this going to be handled in a 25 round draft? Personally, I would not want the manager to receive a supplemental pick after the 25th round to get to the 25 player minimum. What "could" happen is a manager could draft 3 or 4 of these types, and receive 3 or 4 supplemental picks at the end of the draft. Why not make it a 28 round draft to allow players to draft one or two non-carded players, while still being able to field a team.
So this is how i interpret the 1st draft, 1: No prospects allowed to be drafted till Prospect Draft, as "NEVER" played in MLB or had a card. 2: Every-one else is....player with 1 AB or 1/3 Inning pitched is available no matter what year as long as he was carded or not
Have i got that right?
Also are we using super advance injuries? If we are 28 players is not enough
Please note that I have edited details regarding the initial free-agent draft and prospect draft in the proposed league rules to address those concerns addressed thus far, save which injury system we would be using. Please review these edits and give me feedback so I know if I interpreted your previous suggestions correctly and that I used the proper language to allay those concerns.
