Sorry, but prospect promotions must occur prior to the draft, not after/during it.

If you make a 2-for-1 trade and free up roster room, you could promote Walden then. Otherwise, the next chance will be when you drop players prior to the supplemental draft.

CORRECTION: I had forgotten Walden was a prospect who had been received in a trade DURING the draft. By league precedent, this is a valid transaction.
