Computer settings on runs earned by pitchers

I would like to see a limit on the number of earned runs on pitchers in the pitcher settings before being relieved. It is ridiculous that HAL leaves a pitcher in with 4 runs earned against the pitcher. It is obvious the pitcher isn't pitching well and rarely does a live manager would leave the pitcher in. The runs need to be stopped so you can catch up with the opponent.
