I would like a "Long Relief" and a "Spot Starter" role added. Actually would work best if they were combined into one role.

To get a "long relief" pitcher, set him as middle man and then set him to don't relive before F8. It's not perfect, but it should get you close to the results you want.
For a spot starter, simply choose whoever you want to start in the Per-Game Starting Pitchers. There's no need for a spot starter role when you can micromanage who starts exactly which game.
