Some customer service would be nice. I sent two emails to 365 support, one a week ago and one three days ago. No response. Well miracle of miracles it only took a week to answer a simple email.

Sorry to hear this. I've had pretty good luck with Support, especially compared to SOM's total absence on the forums.
