Stats page needs refining...lots of refining

If the link works, then it'll show a current league where if you click on RP for pitchers, it gives you a short list of pitchers who qualify as RP for the RP stats. But it's almost all starters (with no RP ratings) who came in once or twice in emergency relief roles, but have racked up lots of innings as starters.

Should be a simple coding fix, like all of our suggestions here.

It sets the bar for eligible RPs too high in terms of the ratio of innings pitched to games played (by the team), so you have to click on “all.”

...or...they fix the high bar?
