Randomization of manager distribution at AutoDraft

This would be a simple "Commissioner" option when he forms a league

Do you want to set up a league that upon filling up:

a. Autodrafts with the teams distributed in their divisions by order of entry (traditional); or
b. Autodrafts and randomizes the divisional distribution of all teams.

Much needed for public leagues and a nice option for private leagues. (Obviously it needs to be an option for private leagues because theme leagues may need a certain alignment.)
