2-Division 12-team leagues

In some future upgrade, can we have the option for our 12-team leagues to use a 2-division format... with division winners plus 2 wild cards (from any division) making the playoffs. This would more or less ensure that the 4 best teams make the playoffs.

The schedule generator could use the old format from the 1969-1976 AL or the 1969-1991 NL (18 games vs. each division-mate, 12 games vs. each other team) OR a more-balanced schedule (15 games vs. each division-mate, 15 games vs. 5 of the 6 other teams, and 12 games vs. the last team).

I agree wholeheartedly with your idea, especially the 18 games vs. each division-mate, 12 games vs. each other team format but the other option is good as well.
