Choosing a ballpark (and being locked into it) based on unknown player capabilities has the potential for a disastrous result.
Since you are never completely sure of your players' capabilities, you are potentially dealing with a year that a player hits righties better than lefties, but your ballpark defeats that capability and you will never know it.
Bad plan, in my opinion, so I will have to pass -- as much as I wish I could play.
