Fix the "Reply All" in the Inbox

But in what world does reply all, not go back to the sender?
The issue falls if it is just a 2 person converstation. say team A sends team B a message. Team B hits "reply all" instead of "reply" and it send a message to... Team B???
WTF??
I do this waaaay too often, can we get it fixed to how a reply all works in the other 99.9999% of the world.
