Improved Pinch Running Logic in Injury Situations

This scenario has played out several times this season, and it's getting really old:
An outfielder gets injured via HBP, so HAL brings in my E/1-8 backup catcher to run. Then after the half-inning is over, he brings in my AA/1-17 backup outfielder to replace the injured player.
