Allow Starters to pitch in relief in playoffs

Assign all Starters a R1 for playoffs and allow them to pitch, maybe just elimination games. Would mirror MLB playoffs

Only problem is, HAL doesn't manage with a playoff sense of urgency. As currently programmed, he would not treat an elimination game any differently.
