There should be a way to show what setting was likely influenced by the decision and let the user change the setting right on the spot on the play account page. In the inning below, Jeter attempts a sacrifice bunt and then Brian Jordan attempts to steal third base.
- Code: Select all
B.Jordan Single b-1
D.Jeter Sac Bunt [Decrease Bunting tendency] 1-2 b-0
Caught Stealing [Decrease Base stealing tendency] 2-0
R.Lankford Pop Out

I am not sure what you mean by the part that I put in Bold, could you explain please? do you want a link to the settings page from the Play by Play page?

Seems clear when I read it. Maybe I am not reading it right.
But given his example the [Decrease Bunting tendency] and [Decrease Base stealing tendency] would be links.
Click it and whatever your setting is gets adjusted down 1. Aggressive gets changed to normal. Normal gets changed to Conservative. No need to open the strategy page.
The options to change might only show up when the decision to bunt or steal or whatever was based on your team strategy setting.

Thanks Valen.
I read it as a request to change the setting during the game because of the phrase "on the spot", but the game was already played. Hence my confusion.
