Injury and Overuse Settings For Football

It appears the overuse settings for the new NFL 365 are right at 100%. Therefore, you are seeing players like Matt Ryan, Jordan Howard, and Aaron Rodgers forced to sit for the 3rd or 4th games of the season. To make the football a little more enjoyable, the overuse settings should be maxed out (I believe that would be 150%). I get having them avoid the football version of a "Gates Brown" situation, but they shouldn't be extreme.

Yep. Usage in football fluctuates wildly on a per game basis depending on needs.

That being said, I can see them being kind of tight for RBs, who really do wear down. A guy with 300 carries shouldn't get 450. Maybe a slightly more complicated formula which:

1. Prevents the Gates Brown situation (he's not really that good...)
2. Limits rushes per game and per year

I'm not sure I'd have any usage cap for Matt Ryan. You have him throw "too much," the defense can choose an anti-pass strategy.

Agree with OP. Just got creamed in my 7th game of the season when my starting quarterback and starting running back were benched the entire game.

I guess I'm passing too much and running too much?
