Weird Hal glitch - pinch running catcher not used defensivly

Johnny Edwards, starting catcher, is injured. Back up catcher Pavletich comes in as pinch runner. So far so good.
But when team takes defense in the next half inning, Pavletich is out and Jim Gilliam , not a rated catcher, is in. No injury for Pavletich.

Hopefully the new changes/fixes will take care of glitches like this. I too have seen a pinchrunner come in for an injured player of the same position only to see him yanked as soon as the inning ends.
